4 July 2026, Phnom Penh – Students from Springboard for Cambodia, in partnership with Teesside University (UK), visited Techo International Airport to see how technology and business come together in real-world airport operations.

Introduction to Techo International Airport
The visit began with a short introduction from Cambodia Airport Investment Co., Ltd. staff. They explained how the airport operates day to day and how technology supports safety, efficiency, and customer service.
Q&A Session
Students then asked their own questions, learning about the technology used in daily operations, how staff are trained, and what career paths exist in airport management.

Airport Tour
Next, students toured the airport itself. They saw how different systems and teams work together to keep things running smoothly, from passenger flow and security to daily coordination between departments.

Techo Cultural Park Tour
The day ended with a visit to Techo Cultural Park, giving students time to relax, enjoy Cambodian culture, and reflect on what they had learned.
Why It Matters
This tour helped students connect what they study in class with real-world work in the airport industry. It showed how technology, teamwork, and good decision-making keep a busy airport running smoothly every day.
