Tucked away in the forested hills of Mondulkiri, the Elephant Valley Project is Cambodia’s first and most respected elephant sanctuary, offering a truly ethical and immersive wildlife experience. Since 2006, this pioneering conservation initiative has provided a safe haven for elephants rescued from hard labor and tourism exploitation. Rather than offering rides or circus-style shows, the sanctuary allows visitors to observe elephants as they roam, bathe, and forage freely across expansive natural habitats.
Set in the heart of the Angkor Archaeological Park, Angkor Zipline offers a high-flying adventure like no other. With 10 adrenaline-pumping ziplines, sky bridges, and a dramatic 50-foot rappel descent, visitors glide through lush jungle canopies that surround Cambodia’s most iconic temple complexes. Designed with strict eco-sustainability principles, the experience is operated entirely within conservation zones, ensuring minimal impact on the forest and its wildlife.
Winding gently through Kampot’s tropical backwaters, Kayak & Co’s Green Cathedral route invites you to paddle into one of Cambodia’s most peaceful landscapes. This immersive kayaking experience flows through mangrove tunnels, coconut palms, and bamboo groves, forming a natural green arch that gives the route its name.
Deep in Cambodia’s eastern highlands, the Mondulkiri Project offers an unforgettable encounter with elephants—without riding or exploitation. Instead, guests walk alongside these gentle giants through shaded jungle trails, observe them bathing in rivers, and help with feeding—all within their natural habitat.
Located on Cambodia’s southwest coast, the Koh Kong mangrove forests offer a rare window into one of the country’s most biodiverse ecosystems. Paddle silently through labyrinthine waterways lined with twisted roots and soaring mangrove trees,or opt for a local boat tour to explore deeper into this UNESCO-recognized Ramsar wetland.
Battambang’s flat, open terrain and charming countryside make it one of Cambodia’s top destinations for cycling tours. Guided routes take you past ancient temples, colonial-era buildings, rice fields, lotus farms, and even the iconic Bamboo Train line.
