In Smateria’s workshops, fishing nets and plastic bags are reimagined into handbags, backpacks, keyrings, pouches, laptop and iPad sleeves, and more. We craft beautiful, fashion-forward products with a strong ethical foundation. Our team is at the heart of everything we do, with 75% of our artisans being women. We are committed to offering fair wages, personal development opportunities, and professional training. To make work-life balance easier for parents, our head office includes a nursery, kindergarten, and after-school service. Today, Smateria operates four shops in Cambodia and sells its products worldwide.
